Meetings are on Mondays at the following times:

First Monday Lunchtime- 12:45 for 13:00 hrs
Remaining Monday Evenings - 19:00 for 19:30 hrs

Please contact the George Hotel if you need to send your apologies. Club members MUST send their apologies by 10am or 2pm respectively.

You should also inform the George Hotel whenever partners or guests will be attending, to account for the supply of extra meals. A fixed menu will be served, but vegetarian and low fat options are available if you give sufficient notice to the hotel beforehand.
